VISION

An organization’s vision defines the world in which it wishes to operate. Its purpose is to inspire and encourage loyalty among its members. A vision is what guides the work and reflects the association’s values and principles. [As per the AFN’s Strategic Plan 2009-2014], in 2014, the Francophone and Francophile community of the greater Nanaimo region, comprising children, youth, adults, and seniors, is united and evolves, with joy and cheer, into a society where French is more visible and has access to a range of activities provided by a stable team of directors, permanent employees, and employees in adequate office space that meets its needs.
